It's a Hoedown Challenge

I'm playing over at Hambo Hoedown which is a progressive challenge....you play this week and get a another image free to play with next week....This weeks challenge is a color challenge with a school theme....I use a freebie,  Cool Cat.....colored it with my copic makers....cut my apple with Home Accent Cricut cart.... attach it to some washable colored markers......

I got this idea from my friend Kathy at Lucky Stamper... but she used a pencil box....which was way to cool......thanks for looking....

Paper Cupcake/TMITA Challenge

This week at Paper Cupcakes/TMITA is being hosted by Sony and the challenge is "To use ribbon 3 different ways and Birthday theme" but there's a catch...you can't use white ribbon.....and let me tell you it was hard not to use white....
I did manage to use 3 ribbons and my image is "March of the Tea Set"  which is one of my favorite by Nina May.....I colored it with copic markers, swiss dot CB folder...

Just looking at this makes me happy....and I hope it makes you happy too....so happy that you'll come and play with us this week....

Just a Memo

I made this for ME!....it's just right for my grocery list....it measures 5 1/2 x 10. I've cover my chipboard with my favorite  mango orange and punch my border with silver lustre...the mango orange is so beautiful......I used a plastic clip holder and hot glue a flower...I got the memo pad at Michaels for a $1...

Paper Cupcake/TMITA Challenge

This week challenge at Paper Cupcakes/TMITA, is hosted by Shirley and she has challenge us "Lets make a Scene" The image is "Moss Topped Bird House" by Nina May....I've used just plain white cardstock and sponge clouds onto the front...

The inside slides up with your sentiment...

I cute the shape with my cricut and attach my image that I colored with copic markers....for a little interest I added some moss to the top of the bird house....
Then I stamp my sentiment inside of my pocket....attach a bow using Becca from Amazing Paper Grace peg bow maker tutorial ....I hope this has inspire you to come and play with us this week....Nina May always gives you a freebie.....

For my project and giveaway....I've made something for your craftroom or home....The top and bottom frames are clear and decorated....the two small frames are for your pictures.... and they are all hook together with chains... I glue some flowers on,  some I made, some are artificial...I also sprayed them with Lindys Stamp Gang sprays...."Pretty in Pink (I love this one), Yellow Rose of Texas, and Rudolphs Nose Red"....now hop on to Katherine......
