I made this for a couple of challenge.....
Criter Challenge #13,
Doodle Dragon, and
Whimsie Doodle... I used Basic Gray DP and copic and Spica markers.....with Martha Stewart border punch.....I got this cute turtle free from Whimsie Doodle......the ribbon is from Michaels.....I stamped Happy Birthday inside without thinking.... TUFL.........
